Work Phone

MyTimePlan mobile app have feature that allows to display phone number for mobiles used temporary by employees at personal profile.

Usage

To switch mobile app to this mode type in “Company ID” field name of your company with suffix “-1001”, and then username and password.

Hint: You can log in as user to mobile app with this mode turned on only if you are already clocked in.

You will be asked to give access to phone number for application, but sometimes app is unable to retrive this number. In this situation will show window where you can add phone number manually.

When MyTimePlan mobile app is in “work mobile” mode “Company ID” field has fixed company name.

Other users will be able to see mobile number which user is using if adequate access will be active.

The number can be viewed in personal profile of user in webapp or in “Employees” menu in mobile app viewing details of user.
