The Report Filtering Toolbar |
There is the Report Filtering Toolbar. This toolbar provides you with options on how you can filter the report that is displayed on your screen. It lets you quickly edit and apply display filters and allows you to choose the time period and the employee you want to be visible in your report.
There are four filters. First three filters are setting up period of time you want to be visible in your report. Fourth, the Employee filter, cause that your Report will contains only those employees who you marked in the tree view.
Filter shows employees that had employment until 30 days ago and that will have employment 300 days ahead.
Time filters In first filter you can set your own time period. Second, the Day field, you can put here the number of days you want to be visible in one row of the report. Third, you can use our proposition. Note:

Employee filterEmployee filter shows you the tree view of all employees in your company. Click on filter, in tree diagram choose department you want to see in schedule. You can also mark in tree fields which you want to see in the schedule. By double click you will mark only employee or department you want to see. To save marked fields to the Employee filter for the future, click the personicon. Filter shows employees that had employment until 30 days ago and that will have employment 300 days ahead.
By clicking All departments filter, which is below the Employee Filter, your Report will contain selected employees in all departments they work. It is useful when an employee works in more then one department. Read more about: Create filter |
